Magnificent Lakefront Retreat set on private, heavily wooded 2 acres with 200 feet of frontage on "all sports" Lake 27. We rent Sunday to Sunday (by the week only) in the summer months or a 3-day minimum during May and September. Our house is located less than 1 mile from the Gaylord Country Club and 3 miles from Meijer. In 15 minutes, you can be at the base of Boyne Mountain! 10 minutes to Otsego Club; 15 minutes to Tree Tops. 45 mins-1 hour away from the Mackinac Island Ferry, Bay Harbor, Petoskey, Charlevoix and Traverse City areas. For(e) golf enthusiasts, we are located in the middle of what is known as "The Golf Mecca".
the views from the deck are gorgeous We LOVE Lake 27, otherwise known as the best kept secret in Northern Michigan! The warm, clear water and beautiful, sandy beach make great swimming for all ages. Your family can bring a boat or rent a boat in town and enjoy tubing, waterskiing and sunset cruises. Please enjoy using our 5 SUP's (Stand Up Paddleboards), 2 Kayaks, Canoe, Firepit, etc. The 2 lake side patios have electric and are set up with chairs, picnic table and grill. The large fire pit is great for star gazing, s'more making, and storytelling.

the house is 2800 square feet and features 4 bedrooms (3 bedrooms and 1 bunkroom) and each bedroom has its own bathroom Great for spreading out the crew! Our newly renovated kitchen and new appliances along with a new gas grill make cooking a joy. The house also has air conditioning- rare in Northern Michigan rentals.
